I've had a week or so on. German volume training routine and wanted to know of anyone has done the full 6 weeks? It involves large compound "push and pull" muscles. For instance you would mix a 'pull' pull up with a 'push' like bench press.
Mixing it with 10k cardio or an inanity workout.
Am looking to stay lean but get up to 85kg is (slightly an arbitrary figure, currently 75)
What bodyweight ratio did you do and what rest?
Currently on 60% bodyweight would like to get to 110% and am currently doing 60 seconds rest.
