New to jogging.

My goal is to run a half-marathon next year. I can jog a mile and a half now, but sometimes I feel as if my lungs are going to explode. Any advice?

Try High intervall training makes jogging easy as hell or try jogging with a weightvest

Try walking then sprint for a short distance, back to a slow jog or walk catch your breath then sprint, this will build up your endurance quicker
