Shoulder rehab?

My left shoulder in my rotator cuff is and always bothers me. Need to do some simple workouts to help get it back in shape before I injure my shoulder. Any suggestions?

Work on ur rear deltoids. Go to therapy once learn routine and then do it urself save money

Work on scapular stabilization exercises. Focus on your rhomboids/middle trapezius muscles(the muscles between your shoulder blades). Also work on your lower trapezius muscle, and serrates they all work on stabilizing your shoulder as you move. Some of my favorites are W I T and Y(you lye on you stomach or a work out bench and make the different letters with your arms. You can use weights but go very light as the muscle groups are small and will fatigue quickly.
