Cardio day!?! how many miles do you bike, run or row..?

Today I Ran 5 miles, bike 4 miles and Row 10 miles.. followed up with 75 situps center left and right and 30 straight pushups oh and 3 sets of 10 pullups and dips... my buddy never makes cardio day the bulky kid wont have the core to hold his torso lol...
