Hi everyone! I was wondering is there a way to put in ur weight now and then put ur goal weight and what exercises are best to succeed
You can kind of do that on myfitnesspal and other calorie tracking apps. You enter your goal weight, and you can choose your goal rate, like half kg or 1 kg per week weight loss, and it will help track your calories and let you know how many left till you're full for the day. It takes some getting used to and a bit of extracurricular work in learning what foods are best to eat to make it easier to cut calories.
Noom weight loss coach is, I think, a bit more structured than myfitnesspal, offering suggestions , I think...I use mfp, but I already have a good idea of nutrition and exercise, I just wanted to track my calories and nutrition and protein and get a better idea of what I'm doing. For more involvement, like food suggestions and some exercise tips, maybe try noom, but I can't say for sure.
