Help with flexibility!

Just wondering what are some good stretching exercises to be able to touch my toes again! I've gained a lot of weight since high school, and have just started going to the gym. But my flexibility has gone to crap! And I am having trouble.trying to find good stretching exercises. Thanks :-)

Try some burbees. They are hard but they help.

Work on yoga, it works all factors of flexibility
