Yesterday I did the Power Challenge workout and then the Stretchy-Time. I noticed my shoulders pretty much gave up before anything else and today during the Extreme Plank Pyramid Challenge it was the same thing. Does anyone know a good workout our exercises I can do to improve my shoulder strength, or should I just continue with push-ups and planks? Dolphin push-ups seem to be quite good to o.

P.S.: how do you stay motivated for any exercise that's over 1:30min in length? I seem to get bored after 45sec maybe 1min max.
