Just started a new job, (Home Health Aid) and its all day,(7:30am- 6:00pm)its eaither get up super early, or workout super late. Eaither way I gots to get it in.......Any Suggestions.......

I would think it depends on how you feel after exercising.  Home Health Aids work very hard.  It is a physically and mentally challenging job.  So ask yourself this; are you more energized after a workout?  When you leave work at the end of the day are you exhausted physically or more stressed?  I found that working out AFTER my 12 hour shifts helps me relax and leave any residual work worries at the gym. It's also easier to just go to the gym instead of home,  not as easy to leave my bed an hour early to try and get my workout in before work. I think it's more important to try to do it at the same time each day.
