Because I'm unable to work because of my M.S. I try to start with a little walking b-4 noon. Then TRY something light mid afternoon and on a great day something around 7 pm. I know that on my best day it's less than the majority of you however each day is my new normal. I enjoy reading about what everyone is able to do. It gives me high hopes to never give up. Keep it going people together we can all do better or at least not get worse.
I prefer early morning before breakfast cause i heard you burns more calories, plus i feel energized thought out the day.
Morning is best for me....energized & sets pace for day
Mornings are best for me, after I get the kids to school :-)
On off days, Morning. Cause of school, most of the time start at 5
Afternoon Feel more "stable" at that time
I like to work out about noon sometimes earlier. Because after i get through, my day gets busier so i am forced to keep moving. It's like I'm exercising the rest of the day.
