Muscle ache remedies

Started going to the gym 2-3 times a week and the 2nd day muscle ache is brutal any suggestions or remedies are greatly appreciated

Bananas help with muscle cramps so that might help anything like orange juice or cranberry juice might help and a cold bath

Place a hot water bottle over the area in pain. Try to mobilize that part afterwards by doing different movements with it.

Whenever I start after a break of more than a month, it's the same story.. real bad muscle pain. I also resort to a paracetamol at night once. One pill really helps...

I always bought fish oil. You can find  them any where that sells vitamins and stretching as much as you can plus it will also make you more flexible.

Eat 2-3 Bananas and take the plunge into an ice bath, and when you get out massage the numbed muscles thoroughly , do about once a day for 2 weeks and your self applied rehabilitation will have you feeling at the top of your game again
