I'm a 31 year old stay at home mom of 3. I do Zumba fitness twice a week and I absolutely love it! I would like to lose a few more pounds and tone up. I feel as though my belly area is my biggest issue and would like to tighten it up. I would also like some new healthy food ideas. Any ideas, suggestions, or new fitness friends would be awesome!

There is a good recipe app called spark recipes. Pretty easy to use and has a ton of healthy recipes
