Looking to connect with other 30+ moms who are trying to get fit!! No excuses, just encouragement & support!!! Weekly weigh ins & daily fitness challenges. Who wants in on this 60 day challenge??

My starting weight is 135. The challenge it to get at least one 5-10 minute skimble program a day for this week. Post which you did & how you liked it!

I'm in. I do my runs at home on my treadmill but my walks I track with charity miles app to do some good.

I completed the 7 minute Simple Yoga Stretch tonight along with at home wall exvercises that were hard as heck!!

I want in! Mom of 3 here. I really need the motivation. I'm at 140, would love to be at 120-125. Today I did the survivor and yoga stretches.

Hi Desiray!! Jump on in there, the beginning challenge is to get at least one 5-10 minute workout trainer program a day. We start our yoga challenge on Monday.

I am 185 after my second child. I would really love to be down to 148 again, pre pregnancy weight, then progress from there.

Count me inMom of 2 boys 2 1/2 & 1 1 1/2 :). Currently 174 lb trying to get down to 155 lb. Hard to find 'me' time to work out but having a group will help motivate me. Thanks. Look forward to it!

Body Pilate's tonight- check- mission accomplished! Definitely felt the burn. I feel like such a weakling :) must mean its working me out though. Loving having a group to "report" to. Its motivating me. Thanks winter!

I did legs today, only 5 minutes though. Will get a longer one in tomorrow. You did really well today!!

I jogged outside for 2 days in a row for at least 20 minutes in addition to my workout trainer selections

How do you like upgrading to proAlso, have you ever tried the daily yoga appI'm trying both that app and this one. Really like both but haven't upgraded yet.

Never heard of it but I love the Pro version plans. Takes the guess work out of my selections

Welcome Jen! You start off by committing to 5-10 minutes of excercise a day the 1st week. I follow you so i can see your progress provide feedback. We work our way up from there. You also post here every day or two to be accountable.

30 ummm 3:almost 34. Looking for someone to kick me in my ass when the fall. Is this the group? I forget cause I have so many kids. After 29 its like whatever. Need people to say what are you doing, what did you eat.

What's the skinny on everyone's progress? Any weight loss or gain?  Im the exact same but def toning up. I took pics so I can tell a difference.

Same here. I was going strong then fell off. Back on today with a walk at lunch while at work. I guess better than gaining.

Hi I'm new. I would like to be part of this group. I am a mommy of 2. I used to be 110 lbs. Now I am 150 lbs. I gained 40 lbs. I wanna go back to 110 or 120. I need some motivation and a challenge.

Hi ladies can I join I'm a mom of 6 and a full-time wife, mom and student. I've been trying to loose the baby weight from my last child for 2 years now.  I seem to be on and off. But I've been going straight for a month eating right and I'm doing 4 programs so I workout any where from 40 to 2 hours a day . I was 171 a month ago and now im 165 so that's my story

Well ladies I went from a size.10/11 to a size 8 :-) and my stomach was 42 inches, but now it's 39 I'm so happy not sure how much my weight is last time I checked it was 165 last week from 171 so it's going in the right direction :-)

Thank you you know it's funny yesterday I said I'm tired of wearing the same jeans I have so many nice ones , so I said that me try this one pair on and when they went past my thighs, then my back side and then button I was so happy :-)

That's a huge feeling of accomplishment! Nothing like not having to do an acrobatic dance to get into a pair of jeans ;-)

Good afternoon ladies!!! Our yoga challenge begins today and last through Sunday. Try to get in at least 1 yoga program a day. The app has added lots of different yoga options to choose from. Dont forget to check in throughout the week & encourage each other. Cheers to another week of getting fit!!

I did simple yoga stretches workout. It's a great intro to yoga! I'd recommend. One exercise was hard on my back, so I skipped that!

I did the sun salutation today. It was great. Really stretched my legs after rowing.
