I am 185 after my second child. I would really love to be down to 148 again, pre pregnancy weight, then progress from there.
I'm in! 5 mos post pregnancy. Need to lose 20 - 25 lbs

I jogged outside for 2 days in a row for at least 20 minutes in addition to my workout trainer selections
How do you like upgrading to pro? Also, have you ever tried the daily yoga app? I'm trying both that app and this one. Really like both but haven't upgraded yet.

30 ummm 3:almost 34. Looking for someone to kick me in my ass when the fall. Is this the group? I forget cause I have so many kids. After 29 its like whatever. Need people to say what are you doing, what did you eat.

Hi I'm new. I would like to be part of this group. I am a mommy of 2. I used to be 110 lbs. Now I am 150 lbs. I gained 40 lbs. I wanna go back to 110 or 120. I need some motivation and a challenge.
Please can I join in too? I need to lose weight and I've been unable to exercise for a while due to a back injury, but I'm ready to get going again now!
I was able to run without having to walk some. Im pretty proud right now!! Out of breath but proud :)

Hi ladies can I join I'm a mom of 6 and a full-time wife, mom and student. I've been trying to loose the baby weight from my last child for 2 years now. I seem to be on and off. But I've been going straight for a month eating right and I'm doing 4 programs so I workout any where from 40 to 2 hours a day . I was 171 a month ago and now im 165 so that's my story
Please can I join have been trying on my own but always fall off mother of two.
Well ladies I went from a size.10/11 to a size 8 :-) and my stomach was 42 inches, but now it's 39 I'm so happy not sure how much my weight is last time I checked it was 165 last week from 171 so it's going in the right direction :-)
Good afternoon ladies!!! Our yoga challenge begins today and last through Sunday. Try to get in at least 1 yoga program a day. The app has added lots of different yoga options to choose from. Dont forget to check in throughout the week & encourage each other. Cheers to another week of getting fit!!
