Hi guys, 1st day here.
I decided to finally get myself to the gym and stay there. Day 1 complete. Cardio
I would love to work out on the machines.. Any machine, but I am terrified I might do the exercises wrong. I would love to be able to afford a pt but that's not in the stars right now and I want to do more than just cardio... That's why I got this app. For help.
You guys have some really good routines here. Looking forward to trying them out.
