Today was arms..I like to super set biceps and triceps

Super sets are the best for arms. You build a lot of strength

Dont just stop at supersets,do tri sets and so on.Push yourself and once in a while do biceps one day and tricep another day.Switch up your workouts for further development.I know I have 21 inch arms...check my pics

I love super sets they give you a good pump and burn, try to also incorporate some pyramids sets, once your done with those I can assure you its gonna be tuff to touch your face

arnold schwarzenegger did strength training once a week even after becoming a body builder.  Know what's best for your end goals and stick with proper form and routine for that.
