I started my fitness test from one of the fitness blog i've been following.. I just feel glad knowing that i can do the workouts without having trouble with my breath..and i can do push ups that i can hardly do before... Its such a great accomplishment for me as a beginner.

Guys..... please join me in this journey...to keep me motivated and at the same time, to test the fitness level.

here's how it works:
do push ups, sit-ups and jumping jacks and see how many reps you can do in 60seconds

fitness level:
MASTER
push-ups - over 41 reps
sit-ups - over 41 reps
jacks - over 61 reps

PRO
push-ups - 34 - 41 reps
sit-ups - 31- 40 reps
jacks - 51 - 60 reps

ADVANCED
push-ups - 25 - 33 reps
sit-ups - 21 - 30 reps
jack - 41 - 50 reps

SEASONED
push-ups - 13 - 24 reps
sit-ups - 11- 20 reps
jacks - 31 -40 reps

ROOKIE
push-ups - 8 - 12 reps
sit-ups - 6 - 10 reps
jacks - 21- 30 reps

GRASSHOPPER
push-ups - 1 - 7 reps
sit-ups - 1 - 5 reps
jacks - 1-20 reps

results of my fitness tests;

push- ups - 16 (SEASONED)
sit- ups - 22 (ADVANCED)
jacks - 62 (MASTER)

60 pushups 50 situps and 72 jumping jacks. Master baby

62 jumping jacks, 29 sit ups, 39 push ups.
39 push ups is a surprising result, cos my recent max was 32 and I was doing this test right after my push ups workout, not rested at all. Conclusion: mind over matter, you are able to do more than you imagine and sky is the limit! Thanks for the challenge!
