Hi everyone. I am rather new here. I have a slip disc at L4-L5 and L5-S1( lower back) . Can anyone recommend spine friendly workouts? Love the workouts so far. Doing the simple ones.

Anything that requires you to hop your legs in from plank position (burpees, froggers, etc) I modify with either a plank or push ups. Otherwise I can do pretty much any floor exercise. I don't do any jumps (jumping Jacks, hot foot, plyo, etc.) in standing position, and I'm good. I just modify those with the ame move without the jumps, so I step or like instead of jumping Jacks, I run in place, same effect. I feel ya on the disc, I let mine go for about a week and then couldn't walk for four days, that wad December...

There r some yoga poses that r good for back problems. Avoid jumping movements and remember to stretch everyday.
