Trying to get back in shape

I used to workout all the time. Was a construction manager (that actually worked) and I was a beast. (Legs of a mule and a stomach of a brick wall)Now I sit behind a desk and have been fattened up by pounding energy drinks all day. Any good workouts for losing my stomach?

Try doing cardio :) and definitely stop drinking energy drinks, they will just make it worse. Instead drink tea if you like :) and drink lots of water too

That sounds great, I haven't drank plain water in years

A really simple move I like is leg lifts with ankle weights.
