1 year I have done nothing. and tomorrow I start again to a healthy lifestyle. my belly must tighter and my butt too! I through the squats already well on the way with my butt. it feels good again to get more energy later.

Nobody knows tomorrow. You might get too tied up tomorrow with work and chores that you'll forget you ever made this statement about starting tomorrow. You are however in control of the "now" and hence make the most of it by starting now no matter how little time you might spend. You'll be amazed how great you'll feel when you conquer the present
