First training en food advise?

my first training day is over! it feels really good now I only have one problem I'm really addicted to sugar! Has someone tips how I can stop with sugar without getting reactions after? and further food tips?

If mine english is bad sorry i am a dutch girl

You can sart by using honey in ur Caffè.

I've read a lot about healty food , but everywhere I read something  else :(

Welcome to the fitness world! Everyone says different things, because everyone's bodies are a bit different. You just have to try different ideas until you find what works for your body. I find eating lots of fruit for snacks helped me not to miss sugar too much. And just getting used not having that sugar high just takes time.

you are absolutely right :) I got a lot of fruit in the house and started today with honey in my tea
