Hello This is my first time in this app I started watching my diet and working out 4 to 5 days a week about 5 months ago I weighed 236 and I am down to 196 I feel like it is getting much harder for me to keep it going because the weight isn't coming off as quickly. What do you recommend? A change in routine? Thank you

Change of routine possibly a change in diet also bodybuilding. Com has helped me out when looking for info

Okay great I am slowly transitioning in my diet I don't eat bad but I am trying to incorporate more  clean eating thank you for the advice
