My goals motivate me.
The desire to be better than I was before motivates me.
And also, the amazing people I'm following on here that do multiple workouts daily. If they can do it, I can too.
The results, that working out have brought me motivate me most. And when you're just starting, do 10 push-ups every time you think about giving up.
Knowing that I am getting closer to my goal now that my abs are showing tangible results. My goal is just to get ripped for the summer lol!
