Need a workout buddy. I lack motivation. I have a busy schedule. That makes it hard to find time.
I'm game, and currently have almost no schedule, so should be available most of the time during the day(USA timezones). I can't help with weight loss diets, but I can help with exercises ad weight gain diets. :-)
Well, we can try a few of the same workouts if you like. I don't have any equipment, though, but still have been managing. Perhaps we should exchange contact information in a private message? I'll get at you there with a phone number, if you like. It's the easiest way to communicate and set up a schedule, after all. :-)
