What exercises are good for chronic pain and the flare ups
I also deal with chronic pain and flare ups but have noticed in the two weeks that I've started working out, that it is actually helping my fibromyalgia, not hurting it, as I had always thought. Just go for the casual workouts and take your time. Supposedly the more muscle you have (the more in-shape you are) the less pain you deal with. Hope that helps a little, have a great day!
