In my twenties. Metabolism and junk food. 34 and 225 (lost 18 lbs in 2 months. Now I can't do more. Any idea how to remove the love handles?

I typically do 1 mile treadmill warm up.
Ab crunch machine 125 lbs anywhere from 3 sets of 25 reps to 5 reps.

Same for the back extension machine.
Then stretches. Some light cross bar pull downs. And that's it.

Maybe try burning about 1000more kcal then you eat? Have you tried that? Or maybe di that plus more intense workouts with it
