In my twenties. Metabolism and junk food. 34 and 225 (lost 18 lbs in 2 months. Now I can't do more. Any idea how to remove the love handles?
I typically do 1 mile treadmill warm up.
Ab crunch machine 125 lbs anywhere from 3 sets of 25 reps to 5 reps.
Same for the back extension machine.
Then stretches. Some light cross bar pull downs. And that's it.
