I am new to workout trainer...but not new to working out or dieting! I'm going to lose 30 lbs (again), but I want to make sure I keep it off this time!

Skinny chicks....spill the secrets. What do you cut out or always do to stay where you like to be?

Calories in =< calories out. Got it. But what about keeping all that in balance in the midst of hectic schedules, kids, & temptations. How do you stay balanced as related to food?
