Hi. I am 31 year old indian male. I am into running and fitness for quite some time. I am really passionate about working out not just because of physical benefits but also because of mental benefits. Don't have time to go to gym or club so bought a pull up bar few weights to workout at home and that works well for me. Since I am not running cos of a knee injury and i works out at home I am kind of isolated and wanted to create a SUPPORT GROUP here, few friends who can encourage each other, check, push, listen, help each other .
