No matter what i do i cant get the jiggle out of my love handles and saddlebags..... its not my diet i work with a nutritionist thru my dr and get blood tests to make sure im getting the nutrients i need .... but what exercises would target these areas

hello dear ,my big advice,start doing pull ups and push ,convert those handles into muscles,squat with dumbbell and barbells,sit ups ...and above cardiovascular training....u need to combine multiple workout to get good result ...some workout engages all body muscles....combine isolated and compound work .wish u all the best

Cross trainer in cardio and exercises involoving side planks are really very effective!! I've had experience with the stubborn fat myself...it takes time to see results though...stay strong!stay fit!

Side planks.. Side crunches ... And any type of crunch ..normally when you do any crunch you tend to touch your toes or go back and forth .. Just shift your movement to the side and you will hit your obliques more.. Good luck!!
