Think about and write down why you want to workout and why it's important to you. Visualise how you would feel once u achieve your goals. 

This may seem a bit too simple but it does work. It's like the law of attraction, you attract what you think about the most. And actually visualising it will influence your subsconcious, Hopefully leading to better habits. 

I also suggest following fitness gurus and making your workouts fun so u can enjoy them. 

It really does come down to how important it is to you and u have to convince yourself of why it's important. If your fitness goals are important, and u genuinely want to achieve them, you'll do whatever it takes.
