Sure I'll do it! What did you have in mind? I'm here for endurance and muscle building bc I have no energy so I think I could be a good match

How about trying some baby steps first? Right now I'm trying to achieve at least 5000 steps a day.

oops, i meant to type 3000 steps a day. Next week i will be moving that up to 3,500. After that we will be moving to 4,000. Does that sound good?

i know what you mean im at 274 and it seems harder than ever to lose it and feel like losing it.

How about a burpees challenge, push up challenge, squats challenge, walking challenge, lunge challenge, does any of those sounds good?

yeah that sounds good i have 2 workout programs that i've started. walking would be best for me. my goal is to reach 3000/day and work up

that's great! i can join in but not the walking though, i walk more then 5000 at work alone, but I'm up for other challenges
