Meal and workout before bed?

Hi. I'm a employed on a graveyard shift. When should I exercise and eat a meal in order to loose 20lbs.or more? I have protein shakes, salads, nuts, and fruits. I'm usually hungry and drowsy in the mornings after work.

Train when you feel like it's the best time to train. If it's early morning or later on the day doesn't really matter.

Working sh#tty shifts does require you to try and get a strict sleep and waking schedule. This really helps the body.

Food timing doesn't matter alot. It's about the bigger picture first. Be in a coloric deficit and you will lose weight.

im with you here. work at night. as soon as i get home i go to bed at 30 minutes after work. i dont eat 4 hours before i sleep. wake up 8 hours. eat breakfast then do a warm up and hit gym. at work spread out meal into snacks every 2 hours. not full big meal.
