I’m new here and a bit scared to begin this journey. I have to lose about 60 lbs and I’m already stressing about the workouts and my lack of time to do them. I’m not really a lazy person, but every time I start something for myself I quit because of someone else’s needs. I really need help and support staying on top of this so I can lose the weight.

I can relate. Welcome to your support group. Let's follow each other for accountability. 😊 What is your small daily goal to measure success? Mine is to do at least 10 minutes of activity and drink 6 C of water.

Hi completely understand.  Found app yesterday to help keep me on track.  Short term goal is to lose 10 lbs.  long term 20 lbs.  Want to start 2018 right.  Have long list of things I would like to accomplish.  This is #1.  Completed a T25 DVD this morning so headed in right direction.  Good luck and keep in touch

Losing weight is mostly a matter of dialing in your nutrition. Exercise is important but if you are missing workouts because of time constraints, I'm here to encourage you: it's totally possible to lose weight without doing any workouts at all!

Stay on top of your eating habits, because that's where the biggest weight loss results are going to come from. Get used to using MyFitnessPal, eat more vegetables, drink more water. In fact, don't drink anything else (unsweetened coffee and tea are fine also, or zero calorie Seltzer and stuff, the point is avoid liquid calories)

You can do this!
Little workouts here and there are good. Download a logging app. I use "simple workout log"... Do squats and lunges and keep track of your numbers. Single sets here and there are still good, you don't have to do a "whole workout." Especially if you keep track and keep trying to do more, little by little.

Again, you can do this. Anybody can.

You absolutely can! You also do not need to do cardio workout to lose weight. You can achieve better results with loads. Kettlebells and dumb bells are perfect for that.
