I was wondering how most of you go about using this app to improve or monitor your climbing? Do you create special routes specific to your gyms/projects? Are there any "must try" work outs in here that you could suggest? I've only been climbing about a year for fun, but want to push myself a bit. Any input at all is super welcome.

Hey. There are several climbing exercises here. You can add some shoulder and upper body exercises as well. There are finger boarding as well.

I've been doing sports climbing for couple of years as well.
