Newbie, any help greatly appreciated...never had this tire around my waistline.

Yes I have a little to much belly going on. While sitting down I have neglected this area to long now...

View my profile.. Go to topics started. View so you have belly fat and you want abz.. Follow my advice and it will be gone

Cardio and weights....im recommending power 90 to start because thats what im doing and is working!
