I remember when I turned forty. Your endurance will feel off. Your recuperation will be longer. The time it takes to learn an exercise is longer.
But most of the obstacles are out of the way, the only ones left are in your head. Bad eating habits and stuff.
I turned 40six years ago today.things i noticed 1 nutrition mattered much more in both weight and overaall feeling good 2 recovery time was longer especially after big workouts 3 some aches and pains appeared. Having said all that i feelbetter than ever and am stronger than ever since i improved both my nutrition and my exercise...so its not all bad. And yes you get better perspective on what matters. I spend more real solid time with family than ever.
