Anyone have recommendation on losing inches from thighs? I don't have any weight issues and have not gained any weight, but over the past year my thighs have gotten nearly an inch bigger. I need to stop this now! Help!

Do squats and cardio... Lean muscle assists is fat burn so do squats to build that lean muscle and do cardio to assist in fat burn.. You can't get rid of fat from that specific area it's near impossible. So squats, cardio and a good diet plan will solve your problem
