Has anyone bought this?

I have it. Its a good workout. I usually do 2 at once though cause I like to push myself but you get a good sweat from just one. My core us stronger than ever. Only had a baby 5 months ago and on my way to a flat belly already with t25

Hi shanna. T25 is a 25 min workout. Have never done insanity so I cant compare the difference. Look on you tube and there are videos of t25

I am a Beachbody Coach also. In my opinion T25 is great for people who don't have much time to work out. Insanity is a great program to loose weight and tone....RIP up! I use different programs in different  seasons of the year.
