Hi there getting started is sometimes the hardest step. When I first started I set a small goal of doing 20 minutes of cardiovascular 3 days a week. It was tough for a while but eventually I started not feeling right on the days I didn't workout. Try setting a certain amount of time call it "me time" to exercise even if it's 10 minutes.
