I had maybe 4 drinks all weekend long and I gained two pounds! I'm making a big deal about it because it took me TWO weeks to lose them!!!!! Ugggh! Really!?!?!

I am happy to report that I stayed away from alcohol for the whole week and I lost my 3 pounds!

I agree it is the devels urine. It keeps me away from the gym and much more . It's been a struggle all my life. Today I'm trying to chose life ie The gym,staying fit, building muscle.

I know I had 2 glasses of wine last night.  I don't drink so was giggly on it.  So tired and lathargic today like I really can't be bothered to move at all :(

It's just not worth it anymore . It takes more than it gives . No alcohol for me yesterday so I will have a good day at the gym ..
