I've been using this app for a few days plus fitness pal. I love both.. I wanted to know what you all like as an inner thigh exercises the best?

Split squats seem to work for me :) Also there is a workout called "wide leg" which is good on this side. Although its quite intense I think you can do as much you can and slowly get better :)

Thankful thighs is a really great one. I love it!  My legs are alot stronger and I feel I should see results in the next few weeks !

If you dont wanna build so much muscle working out, you should go for stretching and pilates exercises mostly. They make your muscles lean and long. Good luck xxx
