Russian Twists work pretty well, look up oblique work outs!
You can't tell your body to lose fat in a specific place. But High Intensity Interval Training is recommended for getting rid of excess fat. (Gonna try that myself I'm now at 17% fat want it down to 12%)
Also weighted Russian twists and bicycle crunches.
