I was wondering if anyone had advice. I've had this popping sensation in my left abdominal area for years. It comes and goes but seems exasperated by crunches. I've been to several doctors and had all the tests with no answers and over a period of almost two decades. I am apple shaped and would really like not to be.
Anyone else with ab injury that has a good core workout?
