I am just getting back into working out and in just doing short 20 min workouts at home.
My aim is just to tone up and lose some belly fat.
My question is is it better to split train say upper body one day lower the next then rest or just do full body every second day?

Ok cool so two on one off.
Its all morning before work workouts for me no gym and no equipment by choice.
Just want to see what i can achieve doing body weight stuff at home.
Switched my diet to full paleo about 2 months ago and have lost 5kg without any exercise so am.hoping with added exercise i might get a toned look back.
