How often for quick workouts

Hi all,

I am just getting back into working out and in just doing short 20 min workouts at home.

My aim is just to tone up and lose some belly fat.

My question is is it better to split train say upper body one day lower the next then rest or just do full body every second day?

What's going on Lincoln, train your upper body one day then lower the next. Throw a full body workout in to mix it up.

Ok cool so two on one off.

Its all morning before work workouts for me no gym and no equipment by choice.

Just want to see what i can achieve doing body weight stuff at home.

Switched my diet to full paleo about 2 months ago and have lost 5kg without any exercise so am.hoping with added exercise i might get a toned look back.

Hey we have to workout when we can. 
Two days on, one off is a great split and if you feel you need a little more go for a jog and do abs on the 3rd day. 
Sounds like nutrition is not a problem with you so with a little working out you'll be tone in no time!
