Golfers: Exercises

I'm hoping there are other golfers (even a trainer who golfs) who can suggest exercises for golfers that will help improve game and prevent injuries.

Personally, I used to constantly strain my lower back (fixed that with swing change) and I have an old ankle injury that prevents me from doing certain exercises.

I'll post exercises as I find them if I can figure out how.

Any other 40-something's with a gimp leg and a bad back? ;)

I would like to find out what other golfers are doing.

Rob, I have middle-back pain and the best thing that has worked for me is yoga. Specifically stretches that rotate the core laterally and combine rotator cuff muscles surrounding the shoulder. Oh, and a hot pack once in a while. :)
