I work the grave yard shift.....6pm -6am. I go on 4-5 hours of sleep per day. I try to keep my workouts intense and under an hour. But I just never get over the tired feeling.Any suggestions?
Perhaps you should change when you workout. More sleep is most likely needed also. Lastly, hows the diet? Are you eating often enough to compensate for your workout?
