Any climbers?

It has been years since I have done any climbs. I realized just now I probably couldn't even drag myself up a 5.4, what would be better to get back into climbing shape. Arms, legs or core exercise?

Haven't had zipper legs in decades! That's just sad.

climbing is a pretty good exersice to get back into climbing shape. works every time guaranteed. also running endurance might be another good one...

I do rescuing from heights and depths. Its simillar to climbing but we use much more equipment then climbers. I think that climbing is great exercise for whole body so its time for you to start climbing again.

I climb, the climb to get better at climbing advice is the best. 

If you are finding you can't get out climbing often enough though do an upper body and core intensive workout with light weights, high reps, say four days of upper body with core and one day legs.

It's rare to fall off a climb (except slabs) because your legs are tired.

But don't do weights in favour of climbing, only do it as an extra thing :)
