I've done this workout 2 times in 3 days. It is one I feel where it counts. Just want to encourage all the 50+ poeple to stay motivated and for the women experiencing hot flashes; having a hot body on 2 levels is really HOT!! ,

If that doesn't help much try LOL: lunges, Obliques and Laterals, did that yesterday and I'm sore today so it definately works.
