I'm going on 65 in a few months... I have not worked out for *several years! I hv several health issues & am laying down most of the time because of pain but.. I hv a lot of optimism. I hv osteoarthritis in my lower back, fibromyalgia, & MS. I use to go to sports physio 18 yrs ago as I was in a wheel chair & it helped so I could walk again. I still do some of the exercises once in awhile with strap on weights. I was much more active 4 years ago. I believe I hv lost some muscle mass at this time. I don't hv a good core in which causes the extra back ache & pain. I need to loose 20lbs in which would help being lighter so I don't struggle as much. I'm weaker then I use to be so weight exercises would be difficult at this time but can do after I become stronger & flexible after exercising for 6 months. I am not flexible & am not sure what stretch exercises to start with considering my condition from not stretching. I Don want to strain myself. I need very light exercises, light strength exercises & stretching to start with. I sure need some help with choosing all the correct programs to start with! I really hope someone could help me out... thank-you so very much!!!
