55+ Workout Motivation

Is anyone over 55 on here? I could use some workout & diet motivation.

Yep, I am. Best bet is to find workouts you can do and do them as well as you can. Use the suggested ones and see which ones others use. For motivation you can join a team or follow a trainer and work with, or follow someone, that has done heaps of workouts and is a good inspiration to you. All the best.

I am over 60. I workout daily. Due to some health issues it was recommended I do yoga and meditation. I still incorperate strength and cardio. Stay healthy and motivated😎

hi grandma, im one too. i used to yhink older people didn't care what they looked like. but now im here i love this app and i joined the csiro total wellbeing diet. its slow to lose weight but im losing a little. with 2 totsl knee replacements+ a damaged shoulder my options are limited but im walking,trampolining and doing ghe weihht off workout withh knee lifts+ longes. so far so good.

As I'm in my early 60's I didn't think I could do much after two knee replacements but even today when they're swollen I found an office workout I can do. I love this trainer program.
