Day 1 (chest/tricep)
Bench press 6sets 10-8-8-6-6-4
Incline press 4sets 8-6-6-4
Decline press 4sets 12-10-8-6
Push up 4 sets ----

(Tricep)
Dips 4sets -------
French press 4 sets 10
Cable rope 4 sets 10

Awesome! Try a few tricep pushups, Rocca pushups, pike pushups, one arm pushups as well...
