Looking to bulk and gain mass. Help :S

Okay after coming out of winter as we all do looking slightly pasty, and then completing my coursework for the year. I now have loads of time on my hands and what Better thing to do than get fit again. Looking into doing competitive cycling again and heavy running. After trying to put on weight to no avail I now turn to you guys or the (Pros) if you will. I need tips and lots of them :D

To bulk up you want to lift weights with low reps. Eat a lot of protein and healthy fats. Stay away from oils.

If you bulking you need to eat alot... About 6 meals a day.... Alot of carbs and protein... When I'm on a bulk ill eat anything.. Pancakes, ice cream whatever... Whenever I want... Because to trying to gain weight... Exercise should be 8-12 reps.. Heavy weight.. The usual for building muscle.. If your reps go over 12 you not lifting enough weight...so you building muscle and you reaching a caloric surplus... If you don't eat enough you won't reach your caloric surplus and you will either loose weight or maintain weight.. So eat alot..  That's just my advice on bulking...

Get yourself a protein shake... I've uploaded what what I take p under my pictures.. Protein shakes will really help your muscles recover and build after a workout...

I'm curious, do you do the reps slow or fast?

Slow is better.. Start of with light weights.. Work the mind muscle connection then add resistance and do at a medium pace
